Pepper & Spice is a family owned and run spice company. Agriculture has been in our family for several generations so it is no wonder that we produce spices that are infused with maximum flavour!
We specialise in growing whole black peppercorns. We are there from plantation to packaging so you can be sure that the pepper you purchase is of the highest quality.
Our farm is located in Matale, Sri Lanka. Matale is a small region known for it's nutrient rich soils. These soils contribute to producing flavoursome spices that are the foundation of all Sri Lankan cuisine.
The tropical climate of Sri Lanka enables the cultivation of black pepper, nutmeg, mace, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. These spices are exported around the world and remain the core business of Pepper & Spice.
Most of the spices grown in Sri Lanka are consumed locally. Sri Lankan cooks know that there is no substitute for fresh spices when creating aromatic curries and vegetable dishes. That is why Pepper & Spice focus on selling whole ingredients. We know that the unprocessed form of our spices contains their maximum flavour for longer.

Our family has been in Melbourne for over 20 years and we pride ourselves in been able to offer our quality spices direct to the Australian public.
